Thirty-Nine Years

Today after church we had Mom and Dad down to celebrate their anniversary.  We were going to watch a movie with them but we watched the Pirates game instead...  :)

We had a Pittsburgh "themed" afternoon that included lunch of pierogies, (mom's) saurkraut, and kielbasa (and corn and bread and my homemade strawberry jam) and then we watched the Pirates game.  It was a nice enjoyable afternoon spent with them.

Thanks for coming down to celebrate your anniversary...sorry it wasn't anything special..just lunch and a game! :)  We love you and I am so proud and blessed to have you as my parents!!!
