Happy St. Patrick's Day...

So...I don't "celebrate" this "holiday" because, well, I'm not Irish...but also b/c the thought of GREEN beer is just gross...anywho...

I continued the Holiday Trifle and here is the one I made tonight, since Ron was off...

It's nothing special...just a white cake mix with pistachio pudding and cool whip. I didn't come up with anything "St. Patricky" so that's all I got... :) I tossed the idea of Bailey's Irish Cream, but forgot until it was put together but wasn't sure how that would taste with pistachio pudding anyway.

Up next...Easter!! Can't decide what flavor but have a thought on "decorating".. :)

I like the cool whip-to-pudding shading on the top :) I don't know if I could eat all that pistachio pudding though! hmm... easter - you should make a 3-D standing lamb cake covered in coconut! :)

You can come eat it....just didn't think that was THAT good to drive 2 hrs...but hey - come on over!

Jul - TRIFLE for Easter....think TRIFLE! :)

I have some thoughts...gotta see what I can find in the store though.......hmmmmm....

oh and...so far Ron's the only one that has eaten any...I ate the little bit of pudding that was left..it was also 10 or so by the time I was done.

You'll have to make a Costa Rica for us when we are home in May before we leave!

I highly doubt it's good enough to drive 9-10 hrs for....but thanks for the compliment? :)

That's a good idea...hmmm.... :)

And it's actually not that much pudding....i mixed in cool whip to make more.
